PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PREDIKSI DURASI RENCANA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DENGAN METODE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Estimasi durasi proyek konstruksi merupakan unsur penting pada setiap proyek konstruksi. Ketidaktepatan dalam perhitungan estimasi durasi dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek konstruksi. Dewasa ini, prediksi durasi proyek konstruksi sudah dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan program artificial intelligence (AI). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi mengenai pemodelan prediksi durasi proyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode artificial neural network (ANN). Empat indikator error dan satu indikator normalisasi digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pemodelan yang dihasilkan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ANN menghasilkan nilai coefficient of corelation (R) sebesar 0.82, mean absolute error (MAE) sebesar 33.72 hari, root mean squared error (RMSE) sebesar 48.41 hari, dan mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) sebesar 18.85%.
